Funhouse Comedy Club is back at Hinckley’s Rugby Club on Friday March 20th for more fun and laughter.

Headlining will be the talented John Warburton. Actor, writer and stand-up comedian, his witty repartee and smart digressions keep his audiences on their toes. His observational material and occasional song complete what is a truly hilarious set.

Supporting is writer, musician, producer and comedian Adam Kay who started his career in 1998 performing at medical school. He then decided to move on, from medical in-jokes to doing witty and creative songs, which covered a wider audience. As front man of the Amateur Transplants doing sell-out tours, his unique, morbidly funny recreations of pop and rock classics have led to a cult following across the UK. The iconic London Underground Song has become a YouTube phenomenon with over 7 million hits, proceeds of which are donated to Macmillan Cancer Relief.

Completing the line-up is song writer, animator and comedian Howard Read. Best known for appearances with his animated associate; Little Howard. Delivering his material with appeal and modesty he keeps the audiences under his charm and if you’re lucky he may bring along his ukulele to play.

The energetic Ben Murray is MC for the evening with his cheeky, chatty and upbeat style.
